La Leche League Leaders have been continuously supporting breastfeeding families in the Herndon and Reston areas through the LLL of Herndon/Reston PM Group since approximately 1997. Our current Leaders have a combined 75 years of experience working with breastfeeding babies as Leaders and IBCLC's. |
We at La Leche League International have all nursed our babies. If you want to do the same, whoever you are, whatever your story is, we’re here to help.
LLLI is committed to serving everyone inclusive of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, physical or mental ability, socio-economic status, political views, gender identity, sexual orientation, family structure, or other protected status. LLLI seeks the equitable accreditation of a diverse body of Leaders. |
Meet Our Leaders
A Leader is someone who is currently accredited with La Leche League International (LLLI), has fulfilled LLLI requirements for leadership, and subscribes to the purposes and policy of LLL. All Leaders bring their unique experience, warmth, empathy and other skills to their LLL work, whether they have had one baby or several.

Leaders may lead a local group and hold meetings. LLL is not affiliated to, and does not endorse or support, any business, organization or religion whose premises we use for meetings.
|
La Leche Leaders are volunteers, and do not charge for breastfeeding support. There is never a fee to attend a meeting or cafe. Our group is able to continue because of donations. Every contribution helps! Thank you for your support.
